Beachside boutique B&B with the look and feel of a small hotel. In an elevated position right on the doorstep of summerleaze beach, with wonderful sweeping wiews and a stones throw from bustle of the traditional town we really have location, location, location!

We are a shabby chic B&B (More chic than shabby!!) with a really relaxed, homely chilled atmosphere. We have a great breakfast menu and use a local hanmade asausage and free range eggs. We have a great lounge/bar called the SNUG and serve a pretty decent selection of local bottled ales, local cornish draght lager and wines.

Or if you prefere a decent cappucino or hot chocolate with a large slice of Mama Rosa's Homemade Lemon Drizzle or Carrot Cake. You can get a light lunch or supper with us such as Emmas' famous pea & smokey bacon soup or Chalries savory filled Muffins!
